Dean has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a background as both a corporate real estate attorney and broker. Prior to NorthBridge, he worked at CBRE, Mintz Levin, and the U.S. House Judiciary Committee. He is Co-Founder of Coffee Connectors.
Anar brings more than 20 years of experience in principal investing and investment banking, including leadership roles at GCM Grosvenor, Credit Suisse, and Onex Real Estate Partners. She serves on multiple industry and nonprofit boards, including as Chair of the Pension Real Estate Association.
Leah has more than 20 years of experience across real estate investment banking, asset management, and capital raising, with prior roles at KKR, Prologis, and Macquarie. She is active as a mentor and speaker with organizations including Coffee Connectors.
Kahlif focuses on raising capital across North America for the firm’s investment strategies. He previously held leadership roles at Cityview and Clarion Partners, and has experience across Nuveen, Merrill Lynch, and Eastdil Secured.
Robert has over 20 years of experience across real estate and banking, including roles at Akridge and advising international real estate investment firms. He brings extensive global experience, having worked across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Greg has over 20 years of experience in logistics real estate across acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management. Prior to NorthBridge, he held roles at Colony Capital, The Blackstone Group, and JLL. He is Co-Founder of Coffee Connectors.
Bryce is involved across investment strategy, sourcing, structuring, and asset management, with a recent focus on expanding the firm’s European investment platform. He is active with the PREA Foundation and Coffee Connectors.
Christina leads strategy, manager selection, and portfolio oversight across global real assets. She has been with the World Bank since 2007 and previously served as Chair of the PREA Board.
Bea brings over 18 years of experience in real estate, including asset management roles at The Green Cities Company and DSF Group, overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios across major U.S.markets.
She also leads the Coffee Connectors program.
